About the Sale Town Centre Partnership

Sale Town Partnership LogoThe Sale Town Centre Partnership is a proactive organisation involving local businesses, community groups, schools, the College and other statutory bodies such as the local police working together to improve and promote Sale for all town centre users.

The Partnership is supported by Trafford Council and consulted on various proposals which affect the town.

There are regular Partnership meetings where members can raise their concerns, offer suggestions and ideas for the town, hear about developments etc.

For community and non-profit making organisations, the cost of joining the Partnership is £25 per year. For local businesses, the cost is £50 p.a, less than a £1 per week and tax deductible.

All members receive a full membership pack containing this year’s Action Plan, useful Council contact details, back issues of the Partnership newsletter and crime prevention leaflets; plus updates on Partnership activities during the year and details of any schemes that members can participate in.

As a member, you can benefit from:

  • Helping to fund activities to improve the attractiveness of the town to visitors and shoppers
  • Regular town centre updates
  • Press releasing of good news stories about Sale and Partnership activities
  • Inclusion of a brief description of your organisation and contact details in the Sale town centre website, www.saletowncentre.co.uk
  • Environmental schemes
  • The organisation of events and entertainment programmes to increase the number of people to the town

As a local business, community group or non-profit making organisation, the Partnership needs your commitment, enthusiasm and ideas to help the town fulfil its vision of vitality for the future.
